Broadway Show Ticket Changes, Betrayal Sets Opening, Secret and Society Preview
This week on Broadway Betrayal is set to have its official opening night on September 5th, 2019. The Broadway Shows that are scheduled to open in previews on September 6th, 2019 are Derren Brown: Secret and The Great Society. There were no shows that closed on Broadway this week, but the last 90 days have seen a large amount of shows shutter due many reasons including to poor box office revenue or poor critical success, if not both.
15 Broadway shows have closed in the last 90 days, making it something of a record. This week Moulin Rouge continues to ride the no.2 spot ahead of a number of other great shows, but they are still $1 Million a week behind Hamilton. if they think hey can adjust their ticket pricing to level up the playing field.
