This modern classic stars Tony Award winners Tyne Daly and Liev Schreiber in a staggering new Roundabout production directed by Scott Ellis.

Tyne Daly Out and Amy Ryan In As Sister Aloysius

Tyne Daly has exited the Broadway revival of John Patrick Shanley's Doubt, due to illness The revival cancelled its first preview, that was originally scheduled for February 2, 2024. even with that cancellation, Daly was still out of the show over the first weekend, with the understudy Isabel Keating stepping in as Sister Aloysius.

That's when producers were finally forced to replace Daly with Ryan for good.

Show Dates Changed Due To Change

The first night of previews was delayed by just a day and the red-carpet opening night was moved from 2/29/2024 to 3/7/2024. The closing night remains the same at 4/14/2024. The extra week allows Amy Ryan to learn the show, prior to official opening.
