The play is set in the Hell's kitchen apartment in modern day and begins at the end of a one night stand between a waitress and a short order cook who work together in a local Greek restaurant. The waitress is ready for the cook to leave but he has other ideas. He seems to have fallen deeply in love with his colleague. As the evening unfolds they begin to reveal themselves to each other finding out that they have a lot more in common then they first thought.
