Triple Threat Show Format

For each round, the challenger picks a different titan to cook against. In the first two rounds, Bobby Flay provides two ingredients for the chefs to cook with to make two dishes in 40 minutes.

In the final and third round, the challenger picks the two ingredients that they will all cook with, where they have 45 minutes to prepare just one dish.

Single Judge Blind Taste Test

Each round is judged in a blind taste test by a single judge. The TV set has a bar and bartender and the audience watches the matches at tables while having drinks, but they are all fake drinks due to liability.
